We’re excited to be launching speaking, workshops and wellness consulting services focused on a topic we believe is of the utmost importance in the health of our nation – and the survival of our health-care system: effective, inspiring, accurate health education aimed towards reducing the risks of the diseases that kill more of us, and cost more money, than any other – lifestyle-related disease. What we’ve discovered is that the very lifestyle habits that prevent most major diseases also lead to a vastly improved quality of life – and that learning these habits can be fun. Really fun. When we’re having fun, we’re learning – and when we’re learning, we’re growing, changing, and improving our lives. Company Background
The company was founded by M. Nicole Nazzaro, nationally-published sports and health writer, and co-author of Fit By Nature (The Mountaineers Books, 2011). Nicole is herself a wellness success story and a passionate advocate for building a healthier world through public policy, education, and corporate involvement. Nicole is establishing a team of wellness advocates, including human resource professionals, physicians, trainers and expert educators who are working together to develop industry-leading services in the wellness education space.
